The condo is a comfortable 928 sq. ft. (778 sq. ft. inside + 150 sq. ft. lanai).  Located on the 4th floor (yes, there is an elevator), the condo offers a striking view of the Gulf of Mexico through the large opening (telescopic) sliding glass doors across the living room and bedroom.

There is an accordian-type pleated wooden wall that separates the living room from the bedroom.   This makes the living area larger during the day, and gives privacy in the evening if you also use the living room queen-sized sofa bed.

The condo has central heating and air conditioning, 2 telephones, answering machine, and a DVD/VCR. Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the condo.

This is a non-smoking condo.  Sorry, no pets.
