An insulated wall divides the living room from the bedroom, allowing the quiet and privacy to sleep while others remain up in the other room. This unit has been completely remodeled and has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, granite counters, washer/dryer, two flat panel TVs, cable, DVD/VCR, clock radio with iPod dock, Wifi, a small movie and book library, as well as a few games and puzzles for that "too much sun" day. Located on the quiet, west end of Sundial Beach Resort, this condo is just steps from one of four heated, beachfront swimming pools as well as 15 miles of world famous beaches. Parking is free. Covered parking is available on a first come basis.
	Three 1 speed bikes are available for exploring the 22 miles of bike paths on the island. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, sand toys and shelling tools are also provided with the condo. There is even a set of golf clubs in case you get the urge. Sundial is under new ownership and is promising great improvements in the near future. The resort offers shuffleboard, BBQ grills, 2 on site restaurants and a convenience store. There are also 12 tennis courts for guest use for a fee.
