This is a non-smoking condo. Smoking is permitted on the lanai only, please.

No pets allowed for guests, per condo association rules, so please don't ask. Sorry.

DEPOSIT: 25% of the total is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A credit card is required to be on file for the security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100 charge for ALL cancellations. A refund, minus the $100 charge, will be issued if the cancellation is at least 30 days PRIOR to arrival. Notice of less than 30 days will be refunded, if property is re-booked for the same period of time and at the same rate. If rented for a lesser rate or for a shorter term, a partial refund may be applied. Any refunds will be issued, by check, no later than 4 weeks following the reservation date.
